We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available for CanLegal Docs purchases.
Single documents
Because a single-document purchase gives you instant access to download your customized document, all sales are final once the document has been downloaded. If you have not downloaded the document, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
Monthly and yearly plans
Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time from your Account page — cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not downloaded any documents, contact us for a full refund of that payment.
How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for documents already downloaded, for subscription periods already used, or where prohibited by law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
